Salt Trees Watercolor Art Project
We love salt here at Let’s Make Art, and not just to season our snacks! Salt can be used to create dazzling textures, and in the Salt Trees watercolor art project, Sarah Cray is doing just that! Learn how to create a salt texture on trees by sprinkling on salt while your watercolor paint is still wet. Sarah's favorite salt to use is McCormick's Salt Grinder that you can find at your local grocery store, but whatever you have on hand will do! Be sure to use the salt technique on other watercolor paintings, too!
