Let's Make Art Matter for Mickey- October 2020 Watercolor
Mickey Is a retired elementary school Special Education teacher who was married to her soul mate since she was 23. He passed away unexpectedly of a Heart Attack this past February while the two of them were on a vacation In the Caribbean.
In addition, COVID-19 led to a shutdown, meaning that all of the neighbors, friends, and family members who might have been able to brighten her day by checking In, stopping by, or taking her out...haven't been able to. She has passed the time reading, planning, a bit trip to Alaska for her and her children and grandkids, and adopting two adorable rescue dogs - Calvin and Hobbes. She is a huge supporter of her daughters new hobby....watercolor painting.
