Let's Make Art Matter for Makenzie - September 2022 Kids Art
Our community has been asked to come together to cheer on the strongest little girl named Makenzie. Let's share some joy and love through our art.
Meet Makenzie, a 7 year old who was diagnosed with Langerhans Cell Histiocytosis. For the last year she has been undergoing chemo treatments 5 days a week every 2-3 weeks. Makenzie has been very brave during this time and we wanted to rally our amazing community together to cheer Makenzie on. Makenzie embodies what the LMA Kids Motto is all about and we wanted to send some art hugs her way. Nicole has designed the Winning Medal project in honor of Makenzie's triumphs over the last year. Join us in flooding Makenzie's mailbox with postcards letting Makenzie know that we're in her corner cheering her on.
