Let's Make Art Matter for Cheree and Rick-July 2019
Share
Cheree and Rick lost their 33-year old son James to PTSD on August 1, 2016. He suffered from military emotional problems and took his own life. James spent his last years passionately searching for a way to minister to others. His heart for others and servant's attitude is what his family and friends will remember most about him. Cheree and Rick have created a foundation in their son's honor to help bring awareness to Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. The foundation is the "James R. Barrett Foundation for PTSD Awareness and Education." Their favorite phrase is "Your battle is my battle." Let's never forget those who have served and sacrificed for our country!
