About the project

This project is completely inspired by one of our customers. She emailed me a picture of a watercolor elephant that was painted using splashes of rainbow colored watercolor and asked if we could do something like this and I said challenge accepted. After playing with composition and color a bit, I made it my own! This project is all about the color wheel and mixing colors to get different colors! To give you a quick lesson there are 3 primary colors: Red, yellow, and blue. These colors cannot be made by mixing BUT you can mix just about any color using the three colors! To make our rainbow water we just throw down some water and drop some color here and there and VOILA: rainbow water! It might not make sense right now (I’m a visual learned personally) but stick to our tutorial and follow along and you will see exactly what I am talking about!
