SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are generally processed and shipped within 2 business days.

Domestic Shipping: It typically takes 3-8 days once shipped for your order to arrive. You'll get an email with the tracking number once your order is processed and ready to ship.

NOTE: For Alaska orders, it can take up to 2 weeks for your order to arrive. For Hawaii orders, it can take up to 4-6 weeks to arrive once shipped. We apologize for the wait and are looking into another method of shipment for these orders so they arrive sooner.


International Shipping: International shipping prices are based on destination and weight. You can check the shipping cost of the package after adding the address in checkout before confirming the purchase.


RETURNS POLICY

WHAT ITEMS CAN BE RETURNED?
If your item is unused and in the same condition that you received it, as well as in its original packaging, you will qualify for a return. 

Bought an item on sale? If it's in its unused condition, you will still qualify!


WHAT ITEMS CAN NOT BE RETURNED?
The only products that cannot be returned for refund are Gift Cards and Downloadable Software Products.

Items bought in-store can also be returned in-store. Online purchases must be sent to the address listed above.


HOW DO I SEND MY ITEMS FOR RETURN?
Be sure that you include the packing slip with your items (this is the little piece of paper with initials written on it) and include a written reason for your return


WHAT IS THE REFUND PROCESS?
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.

Note that it can take up to 10 business days for a refund to post to your account.


I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY REFUND YET. WHAT DO I DO?
If you haven’t received a refund yet, keep in mind that it can take up to 10 business days for the refund to finish processing. If 10 business days have passed, contact your credit card company.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

WANT TO EXCHANGE YOUR ITEM?
No problem! Once we receive your returned item, we can exchange it for a new item of equal value. Just email us at hello@letsmakeart.com to let us know what you would like to exchange it for. 


RECEIVED A DAMAGE ITEM?
If you received an item in your shipment that is damaged, send us an email at hello@letsmakeart.com with a picture of your damaged item. We will notify our shipping team, and as soon as they get your replacement item shipped out, we will send you an email with your updated tracking information so you know when to expect it!
