- Free shipping on orders over $35 and flat rate $2.99 shipping on orders under $35.
- We ship using FedEx Smartpost which is typically delivered via USPS.
- It generally takes 3-7 business days once shipped for your order to arrive.
- Monthly boxes, including the Single Box, 3-Month Gift, and 1-Year, will ship out starting the 18th of each month.
- You'll get an email with the tracking number once your order is processed and shipped.
- International shipping prices are based on destination and weight. You can check the shipping cost of the package after adding the address in checkout before confirming the purchase.
Things to note:
- APO/FPO/DPO addresses ship using the US delivery method. Select the United States as the country then Armed Forces Americas/Europe/Pacific as the region. Information on how to properly address these orders can be found here.
- We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
- We are unable to change your delivery address once an order has been shipped.
- We do not have expedited shipping options at this time.

What is the refund process?
- Please contact us to receive a free return label. Return shipping is on us!
- We aim to process all returns as quickly as possible. Once we have received your package, your return should be processed within 3 business days. We do not process returns on the weekends or holidays.
- After our team has checked out your items you'll receive an email confirming the refund to the original method of payment.
- It can take up to 10 business days for a refund to post to your account.
Things to note:
- Gift Cards, items marked "final sale", and Downloadable Software Products can’t be returned for a refund.
