Shipping and Returns



  • Spend $35 or over and receive free shipping on your order. Flat rate $2.99 shipping on orders under $35.
  • We ship using FedEx Smartpost which is typically delivered via USPS. 
  • You'll get an email with the tracking number once your order is processed and shipped
  • It typically takes 3-7 business days once shipped for your order to arrive. Please read the notice below about current transit delays.
  • Orders without a monthly art box are shipping out in 2-4 business days
  • Monthly art boxes: Including the Single Box, 3-Month Gift, and 1-Year, ship starting on the 18th of each month.
  • All items in an order will ship together in one package.
  • Any order that needs to be reshipped to a new address will need to pay a $5 reship fee. 

Things to note:

  • APO/FPO/DPO addresses ship using the US delivery method. Select the United States as the country then Armed Forces Americas/Europe/Pacific as the region.  Information on how to properly address these orders can be found here
  • We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
  • We are unable to change your delivery address once an order has been shipped.
  • We do not have expedited shipping options at this time.


    • International shipping prices are based on destination and weight. You can check the shipping cost of the package after adding the address in checkout before confirming the purchase.

    Shipping Notice: Please note that mail carriers are experiencing delays right now and FedEx is having issues impacting the ability to view up-to-date tracking information. Because of these delays, this may cause your estimated delivery date to change or state "pending". Pending tracking is still on the way and will update as it gets closer to being delivered. It may also not update in transit. For example, it will show it's in Kansas for a few days then jump to your state with no updates in between. 

    Please check your tracking link to see if there are any delays noted and allow an extra 3-7 business days for your package to arrive before reaching out to us. We appreciate all your patience during this time! Here's a link to FedEx's Service Alerts as well for delays that might be impacting your area.

      What is the refund process?

      • Please contact us to receive a free return label. Return shipping is on us!
      • We aim to process all returns as quickly as possible. Once we have received your package, your return should be processed within 3 business days. We do not process returns on the weekends or holidays.
      • After our team has checked out your items you'll receive an email confirming the refund to the original method of payment.
      • It can take up to 10 business days for a refund to post to your account.

      Things to note:

      • Gift Cards, items marked "final sale",  and Downloadable Software Products can’t be returned for a refund.
      • We cannot accept returns from international orders. Please reach out to us with any questions you may have at hello@letsmakeart.com before placing an international order. 
      • Items bought in-store can be returned in-store. Online purchases must be sent to the address listed below or email us for a free return label: 1025 W Innovation Dr., Kearney, MO 64060


      We aim to get your order right every time but we do occasionally make mistakes. If your order arrived incomplete, contained damaged products, or didn't show up, we're here to help! Please contact us via email at hello@letsmakeart.com with your order number and a picture of the damaged item.
