Free shipping on orders over $35 and flat rate $2.99 shipping on orders under $35.
-We ship using FedEx Smartpost which is typically delivered via USPS.
-Orders are processed and shipped in 1-3 business days and it generally takes 3-7 business days once shipped for your order to arrive.
-You'll get an email with the tracking number once your order is processed and shipped.
-International shipping prices are based on destination and weight. You can check the shipping cost of the package after adding the address in checkout before confirming the purchase.

-APO/FPO addresses ship using the US delivery method.
-We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
-We are unable to change your delivery address once an order has been shipped.

What is the refund process?
-Please contact us to receive a free return label. Return shipping is on us!
-We aim to process all returns as quickly as possible. Once we have received your package, your return should be processed within 3 business days. We do not process returns on the weekends or holidays.
-After our team has checked out your items you'll receive an email confirming the refund.
-Refunds are processed to the original method of payment.
-It can take up to 10 business days for a refund to post to your account.

- Gift Cards and Downloadable Software Products can’t be returned for a refund.
