IMPORTANT! If you’re a store owner, please make sure you have Customer accounts enabled in your Store Admin, as you have customer based locks set up with EasyLockdown app. Enable Customer Accounts
Add all the items to your cart and proceed to checkout.
On a desktop, there will be a place to add your discount code or gift card code on the right-hand side. You can also use the slider to apply as many Monet points as you'd like to your order!
On mobile, click "Show order summary" at the top of the page. There you can apply the discount code and select how many points you'd like applied to the order.
Anyone with an account is automatically enrolled.
You can earn points for all sorts of activities, including referring friends and making purchases. To see all the ways you can earn points click the Earn points tab in the menu.
They are applicable to all purchases except subscription box orders and gift cards. They also cannot be applied to your recurring subscription or items added to your subscription box. You will still earn points for purchasing subscription boxes and the items added to your subscription.
Approved: These points can be redeemed on rewards immediately
Pending: These points need to be verified before you can redeem them. This typically applies to purchases and referrals
Cancelled: These points will not be added to your account. For example, this will happen if you cancel a purchase (the points will change from pending to canceled)
It can take a few minutes for us to process your activity and provide your points.

The fine print behind the 500 Bonus Points
- Spend over $35 between December 1, 2020 and December 5, 2020 to receive 500 BONUS points, in addition to the typical 5 points for every $1 spent.
- Points will be redeemable on future purchases only.
- Gift card purchases will not count towards your total order value.
