WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?
Please plan for delayed shipping at this time. Orders are shipping out in 3-5 business days. Thank you for your patience and understanding – we are working as hard and quickly as we can.
Once shipped, it typically takes 3-7 days for your order to arrive. You’ll get an email with the tracking number once your order is processed and ready to ship.
Monthly boxes, including the Single Box, 3-Month Gift, and 1-Year, will ship out starting the 18th of each month.
I BOUGHT A SUBSCRIPTION BOX AND OTHER ITEMS. WHEN WILL THEY ARRIVE?
If you purchased a subscription box and other items on one order they will all ship together during the subscription box shipping period which starts the 18th of each month.
CAN I SPLIT ITEMS IN AN ORDER WITH A SUBSCRIPTION BOX?
If you would like the non-subscription items sooner please do 2 separate purchases so they are not held until the subscription box shipping period. If the non-subscription items total $35 or more email to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We are not able to split orders after the 13th of the month - it'll be on its way very soon though!
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Shipping is free on domestic orders $35 and up! If it's under $35 the shipping fee is $2.99. For international orders you can input the address in checkout and it will say the shipping price before confirming the purchase.
We do not have expedited shipping options at this time.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
In your account, you can log in and check the status of your order anytime. Additionally, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that will include your tracking number.
CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?
We are not able to make any changes to an order once it is placed.
WHEN DO I GET CHARGED FOR MY ORDER?
When you place your order, you will be charged immediately for it. If you order a monthly subscription box, your first payment will be charged at the time of purchase. In the months following, payment for your next boxes will be processed on the 18th of every month.
WHY CAN'T I USE PAYPAL?
PayPal is available as a payment option for everything except the subscription boxes. So if you have the subscription box in your cart, you will not be able to pay with PayPal. If you would like to use PayPal for non-subscription box items, you can absolutely do a separate order for your subscription box.
WHAT SIZE ARE THE WATERCOLOR PAPERS INCLUDED IN THE KITS AND BOXES?
We supply two 9x12 sheets of Canson cold pressed 140lb watercolor paper in each project kit, which means you'll get 8 total pieces of watercolor paper in a subscription box!
I REALLY LOVE SOMETHING, BUT IT'S OUT OF STOCK! WHEN WILL IT COME IN STOCK?
We are doing our best at Let’s Make Art to minimize our ‘Out of Stock’ products. Reorder timelines vary depending on the product, but if you add your email address where it says "NOTIFY ME WHEN THIS PRODUCT IS AVAILABLE", we’ll send you an email to let you know when it is back in stock!

HOW DO I LOG INTO MY ACCOUNT?
On desktop, you'll click the human figure on the top right of the website and on mobile you'll click the 3 vertical lines on the top left and then "Account".
If you purchased a subscription and are unable to log in, please click here and enter the email that was used to place the order to request an account invitation.
HOW DO I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?
You can change your address when you log into your account. However, if you receive the monthly subscription box, you will need to go to "Manage Subscriptions" in your account and change it there as well. If you have already placed your order, you will need to contact us as quickly as possible about the address updates.
HOW CAN I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?
In your account, you'll go to "Manage Subscription" and click "cancel" next to your subscription.
CAN I SKIP AN UPCOMING SUBSCRIPTION BOX?
Yes, you can! Under "Manage Subscription" you'll go to "Skip a Box". Here we list upcoming charge dates, not the name of the box. For example, to skip the February box you'll skip the January 18 charge date.
If you need to make any changes to your 3-Month subscription please contact us directly.
HOW DO I ADD ITEMS TO SHIP WITH MY SUBSCRIPTION BOX?
In your account, you'll go to "Manage Subscription" and then click "Add Product" below your subscription.

THIS ORDER IS A GIFT, CAN I INCLUDE A NOTE OR HAVE IT SENT IN AN UNLABELED PACKAGE?
We don’t offer the option to add a gift note at this time but we hope to add this as an option in the future! All of our boxes come with our logo on them and do not have the pricing listed inside.
HOW CAN I MAKE A GIFT ORDER?
In checkout, add the recipient's address under "Shipping Address". On the payments page you can click "use a different billing address" to add your information.
SHOULD I ADD MY EMAIL ADDRESS OR THEIRS?
If the gift is a surprise, you'll want to add your email address. This can be changed later on by contacting us.
DO YOU SELL GIFT CARDS?
Yes, we do sell Gift Cards! They cannot be used on our subscription boxes (this includes the 3-month gift subscription), but they can be used on everything else in the shop.
DO YOU HAVE GIFT CERTIFICATES?
Yes, we do! You can find them in our Blog under the "About" section.

DO YOU HAVE A BRICK AND MORTAR STORE?
We do have a store in Hamilton, MO that we'd love for you to visit! As of March 18th, our storefront will be closed to visitors but our online shop and warehouse are still open.
